Ron vonLembke has served as a mediator in private, state, and federal capacities since 1993. In addition to his experience as a mediator, he has a Masters in Human Behavior from National University and has served as a mediation trainer for the U.S. Department of Justice. He can mediate all legal matters including, but not limited to, property law, contracts, condemnation/eminent domain, land use, construction, and municipal law.

Ron is also a trained arbitrator/neutral for the American Arbitration Association. He is available to arbitrate disputes under AAA Rules or in a private context under the North Carolina Rules. Under either framework, he can arrange for expedited arbitrations that can resolve disputes in less than 90 days, frequently resulting in reduced overall costs to the parties in time, attorney fees, and money.
